SUMMARY:Volunteer Day - Park Trails Litter Cleanup
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a park trails litter cleanup in Brackenridge Park on Saturday\, April 25th to help maintain a healthy environment for people\, plants\, and wildlife! We will be meeting on Brackenridge Dr. in the picnic area shown below. Our focus will be litter cleanup on the walking trails. Parking is available nearby within the park. All materials will be provided (gloves\, trash bags\, and litter grabbers). SUMMARY:Brackenridge Park Historic Tour
DESCRIPTION:Brackenridge Park Conservancy is excited to partner with the Professional Tour Guide Association of San Antonio to bring you a fascinating look at the park’s rich history. This guided walking tour\, led by Theresa Scheets\, owner of T’s Tours\, covers approximately one mile\, highlighting some of Brackenridge Park’s most historic and scenic landmarks. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated along the way. \nWe’ll meet at the Brackenridge Park Conservancy Office\, 531 Brackenridge Way\, San Antonio\, TX. Please plan to arrive between 9:15 and 9:30 a.m. so the tour can begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. \nYou can register for the tour HERE. Tours are limited in size to create an engaging experience.
