Join Brackenridge Park Conservancy in partnership with San Antonio Sports – Activate for a refreshing midweek workout in the heart of the park. This all-levels bootcamp takes place every Wednesday morning from 6:30–7:30 AM at the Koehler Pavilion. \nLed by experienced instructor Letty Mendoza\, each class offers a motivating mix of strength\, cardio\, and functional movement designed to challenge and energize participants of all fitness levels. In partnership with San Antonio Sports – Activate\, this beginner-friendly Pilates class will be held every Wednesday evening from 5:30–6:30 PM at the Joske Pavilion. \nLed by instructor Danielle DeCotis-Holmes\, this class focuses on core strength\, flexibility\, and mindful movement in a welcoming\, supportive environment\, perfect for those new to Pilates or looking for a low-impact workout.
