SUMMARY:Volunteer Day - Invasive Bamboo Removal
DESCRIPTION:Join Brackenridge Park’s Conservancy Crew for an invasive bamboo removal volunteer event! Help us cut down invasive bamboo growing in the park and prepare it for re-use for the San Antonio Zoo and other community members. We will be removing the bamboo growing along Avenue B. All materials will be provided (loppers\, gloves\, eye protection\, and knee pads). Bring a water bottle\, sunblock\, and bug spray. Please wear long sleeves\, long pants\, and close-toed shoes.
