SUMMARY:Volunteer Day - Invasive Bamboo Removal
DESCRIPTION:Join Brackenridge Park Conservancy’s first ever invasive bamboo removal volunteer event! Help us cut down invasive bamboo growing in the park and prepare it for re-use for the San Antonio Zoo. We will be removing the bamboo growing along Avenue B. All materials will be provided (loppers\, gloves\, eye protection\, and knee pads). Bring a water bottle\, sunblock\, and bug spray. Please wear long sleeves\, long pants\, and close-toed shoes.
