Due to the weather forecast for Thursday, Nov. 20, and expected scattered thunderstorms, our litter cleanup event at the Trail Loop has been cancelled. We appreciate your support and interest with our volunteer efforts, in collaboration with the San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department. Stay tuned for new and upcoming clean up events.
Join us at Brackenridge Park on Thursday, November 20th as we partner with SA Parks and Recreation for a litter cleanup to help maintain a healthy environment for people, plants, and wildlife. All materials will be provided (gloves, trash bags, and litter grabbers). Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes, sunblock, and bug spray.
We will be going into the wooded areas of the park, so long pants and sturdy shoes are highly recommended.
