Volunteer Day – Park Trails Litter Cleanup

Join us for a park trails litter cleanup in Brackenridge Park on Saturday, April 25th to help maintain a healthy environment for people, plants, and wildlife! We will be meeting on Brackenridge Dr. in the picnic area shown below. Our focus will be litter cleanup on the walking trails. Parking is available nearby within the park. All materials will be provided (gloves, trash bags, and litter grabbers). Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes, sunblock, and bug spray.

Families and participants of all ages are welcome!

Brack Bash

We invite you to join us to celebrate all things Brackenridge Park at the 2nd Annual Brack Bash! This years event will be held at the historic Sunken Garden Theater on Saturday, November 15, 12pm – 4pm. This is a free, family friendly event. Come out, bring a picnic blanket, and enjoy an afternoon surrounded by friends, family, and the beauty of Brackenridge Park. 

Highlights include:

  • Los Viejitos car club (vintage car show) 
  • Face painting and chalk art 
  • Petting zoo 
  • Food trucks for a variety of tasty bites
