Brackenridge Park Conservancy is proud to partner with River Aid San Antonio for the 2nd Annual Basura Bash Educational Fair, a free, family-friendly event celebrating environmental stewardship and community action.
Join us Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 12:00–3:00 PM at the Koehler Pavilion, Cypress Pavilion, and Pecan Grove in Brackenridge Park.
Enjoy an afternoon filled with engaging activities and experiences, including:

A yoga class led by Jess Mrozinski of Black Swan Yoga

A bird-matching game hosted by Mitchell Lake Audubon Center

The Salsa Squad (Balcones Invaders) invasive plants game

A Nature Surprise Goodie Box from Alamo Area Texas Master Naturalist
Food and beverage partners will be on site offering delicious options from Chi Chi Birds Hot Chicken, Slam Daddy Baddies, Míra Matcha, and Fine and Dandy Lion.
You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with incredible community organizations sharing their missions and resources, including Remember the River, Arboretum San Antonio, Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance, River Aid San Antonio, and Brackenridge Park Conservancy.
