Join Brackenridge Park Conservancy for our annual Party in the Park on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for an unforgettable evening celebrating the history, preservation, and future of Brackenridge Park.
This year’s event will take place near the future home of the Nature Playscape and the Lambert Beach Softball Field, offering guests a unique opportunity to gather in a space that reflects both the park’s rich past and its exciting future.
Inspired by this year’s theme, Archaeology, the evening will honor two couples whose dedication to preserving and documenting the history of Brackenridge Park has left a lasting impact on our community: Mary and Lewis Fisher and Pat and Tom Semmes. Through their extensive research, advocacy, and contributions to the understanding of the park’s archaeological and cultural significance, they have helped ensure that Brackenridge Park’s stories continue to be discovered and shared for generations to come.
