Three pavilions and two softball fields are available in Brackenridge Park for rental.
You may reserve a pavilion or softball field online or in person at the Parks and Recreation Reservations Office located at 5800 Enrique M. Barrera Pkwy. or call (210) 207-7275.
Cash, checks, and major credit cards are accepted at the Reservations Office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Pavilions are in high demand. You can make a reservation 364 days in advance of your event.

Reserve a Pavilion or Softball Field
Joske Pavilion
- Located near the Iron Bridge
- $15 an hour, Monday through Thursday
- $30 an hour, Friday through Sunday and holidays

Reserve a Pavilion or Softball Field
The Lambert Beach and Martinez Ball Fields at Brackenridge Park are open to the public. Softball fields can be reserved through the Parks and Recreation Reservations Office (see details above).
Softball fields may be used without reservations, but reservation holders have priority. If a person arrives at a park, sports field, or pavilion and there is no paid reservation, they may use the facility free of charge; however, if someone arrives with a paid permit, the facility must be vacated.
Lambert Beach Softball Field

How can I make a reservation for a pavilion or softball field?
You can make a reservation online at saparksandrec.com. Or you can also visit the Reservations Office at 5800 Enrique M. Barrera Pkwy. to make your reservation (see below for directions).
How do I make an online reservation?
To make a reservation online, you will need to create an account with a login name and password. An email address is required. Select an event type, submit a description, and enter the maximum number of guests. Search for your facility by “Facility Type” and select the facility you wish to reserve.
May I bring a moonbounce?
Yes. A permit is not required, but there are rules regarding their use in parks. 1) The vendor must provide the reservation holder with a state inspection with current certification. 2) Reservation holder may not connect to city electrical outlets; you must bring your own generator. 3) Moonbounces must be smaller than 15’ X15’ and may not have a water slide attachment.
What about other items?
If you want to bring any other items—additional moonbounce, pony rides, special set up with tables and chairs, etc.—you will need to contact the Park Reservation Office for a Special Use Permit.
Can I have music at my event?
Yes, but amplified music (DJ/live band) will require security. Contact Park Police at (210) 207-2166 for security arrangements at least two weeks in advance of reservation.

From Highway 90 heading east or west, take the South Callaghan Road exit (same as Nelson Wolff Stadium) and continue north on Callaghan Road. At the traffic light, turn left on Enrique M. Barrera Pkwy. The Ron Darner Headquarters, Parks & Recreation Reservations Office, will be on the left-hand side.
